When your mind won't slow down, emotions feel overwhelming, or you're stuck in cycles of overthinking, it can feel exhausting and isolating.
 
You may struggle with anxiety, intrusive thoughts, difficulty focusing, emotional reactivity, or a constant sense of inner pressure, sometimes all at once. You may be capable and driven, yet feel overwhelmed beneath the surface.

You are not broken. Your nervous system may simply need support, understanding, and new skills.

Anxiety & Chronic Overthinking

Support for excessive worry, mental fatigue, perfectionism, and nervous system overload.

OCD Patterns & Intrusive Thoughts

Coaching support for intrusive thoughts, compulsive mental habits, and reassurance-seeking patterns, approached with compassion and care.

ADHD & Emotional Regulation in Adults

Support for attention challenges, emotional reactivity, overwhelm, and executive functioning struggles, particularly in women and midlife adults.

Who I Support

Many of the women I work with are navigating midlife, a season when anxiety, ADHD-related challenges, and emotional overwhelm often intensify. 

Hormonal changes, caregiving roles, career shifts, and identity transitions can place strain on the nervous system. This work focuses on helping you feel grounded, capable, and emotionally steady again.

My Approach

My approach is grounded in emotional regulation, nervous system awareness, and evidence-informed tools drawn from cognitive and behavioral frameworks. Support is collaborative, practical, and paced to meet you where you are. When appropriate, animal-assisted emotional support may be incorporated as a gentle grounding and regulation tool.
